Power belonging only to the states.
Concurrent Powers
Power shared by the states and federal government.
Indentured Servant
A person who pledges his or her labor for an amount of time in exchange for some payment.

Document from the sovereign granting a right.

Colony in which an owner owned all the land and controlled the government.
