Every seven years…if an employee wishes to replace after 5 years and before 7 CN will cover 50% of the replacement cost and the other 50% will come from the members point allotment or at the employees expense if there are insufficient points available.

What time period should a duty roster cover
Four week period and will include all tours of duty commencing 0001 Sunday up to 2359 hours on the fourth Saturday

Time worked by employees on regular assignments, continuous with, before or after assigned hours of duty shall be considered overtime paid at 1 1/2 the regular rate authorized by mgmt

For an overtime call out what is the minimum number of hours
Three hours at 1 1/2 times the hourly rate if you were canceled before leaving home then you make cream one hour or 1 1/2 times the hourly rate of pay
If called out on a rest day or to attend court outside your regular hours what is the minimum call out time

When employees are taken off their assignments as shown on the duty roster employees will not be required to work more than one short change of shift in one week
How many rest days in each calendar week is an employee entitled to
Employee shall be granted to rest days in each calendar week which will begin on Sunday and the following Saturday the rest days will be consecutive unless otherwise required to meet the demands of service
Can rest days be staggered
At locations were five employees or less are employed rest is may be staggered to meet the demands of service with the proviso that locations were only two or three employees are employed such employees may not be granted the same rest days

What if the company has to cancel your vacation?
Must give 15 days notice…the days you work during your cancelled vacation are paid at 1 1/2….any reasonable expenses regarding your vacation will be paid by the company as long as you have receipts
