homebound= it is challenging and taxing to leave the home, may require assistance or assistive devices
basically, it is not safe for pt to be outside of the house.

what is a DNR?
DNR = do not resuscitate, if pt stops breathing or heart stops they are to NOT be revived

65 n older, or those who have a disability

what scale is used to monitor the intensity of tx?
RPE scale or HR
How much aerobic exercise should people get in a week?
150 minutes
according to ACSM guidelines.. how many times per week should you be addressing balance training?
