Young people are scapegoats in the media as seen when moss and rockers were exaggerated in the media and triggered a moral panic when really, it was just a quiet news day.

Middle age people are expected to demonstrate responsibility, independence and maturity as they’ve got a good job, House, car etc. This is also a time where they can reflect and reevaluate their lives, past, present and future.
