Aerobic and anaerobic exercise Flashcards
Aerobic exercise
In the presence of/using oxygen.
Anaerobic exercise
In the absence of enough/without oxygen.
Lactic acid
Waste product from anaerobic exercise.
Oxygen debt
Temporary oxygen shortage in the body due to strenuous exercise.

Nausea
Feelings of sickness during/after exercise.
Cramp
