Statins
A
Myopathy (check CK at baseline and if muscle symptoms occur), Increased LFTs (check at baseline and when clinically indicated), Rhabdomyolysis, generally non-serious and reversible cognitive side effects, Increased blood sugar.

Flushing/ itching, elevated LFTs, increased glucose levels, Hyperuricemia (avoid in pts w/ history of gout), myopathy (esp. when combined w/ statin)
