1. Onset event - Acute(<60min), subacute (1-24hrs), latent (>2days)
2. Severity (Minor, moderate, severe, lethal)
3. Others - side effect, secondary effect, toxic effect, intolerance, allergic, drug dependence/withdrawal, mutagenicity(virus react to drug -> mutate grow/evolve -> resistance)

Predictable Allergic (dose dependant, rebound respond ➡️ able detect) - immune response, re-expose anaphylaxis

Unpredictable (allergic ➡️ pharmacologist unable to detect)- uncommon drug ➡️ genetic predisposition (倾向）
