• CabX refer vulnerable people to soilclitors but only for advice, this is better than nothing.
• However people will have to find a way to fund a cade if goes to litigation.

• Law centres have lack of funding and limited centres even operating, many have even no law centre.
• Same with trade unions, provide advice and representation but only for members.

• If they were subsidised a bit by government, solicitors would then help with an application for legal help and representation.
• Legal aid, therefore, little cases will fall into this category.
• Free 1/2 hour advice isn’t sufficient for court.
