- CabX refer vulnerable people to soilclitors but only for advice, this is better than nothing.
- However people will have to find a way to fund a cade if goes to litigation.

A
- They can give helpful advice and sometimes even representation.

DisAdv; Lack of Funding
A
- Law centres have lack of funding and limited centres even operating, many have even no law centre.
- Same with trade unions, provide advice and representation but only for members.

Solicitor Schemes
A
- If they were subsidised a bit by government, solicitors would then help with an application for legal help and representation.
- Legal aid, therefore, little cases will fall into this category.
- Free 1/2 hour advice isn’t sufficient for court.

Bar Pro Bono Unit
A
- Offers advice and rep on any law, but the scheme is a small one and only available in London.
