Q

Ruling in AC criteria: 6 things

A
  1. Age between 40-65
2 gradual insidious onset with pain and stiffness
3 Rom limited grooming, ADLs and sleep
4 gh PROM most limited in ER and decreases in greater abduction
5 PROM in end range increases pain
6 accessory glides are limited in all directions

RA can look like AC but likely will present

A

Bilaterally

17
Q

Calcific tendinitis looks like AC

A

But will happen very quickly

18
Q

Dash: higher score means??? What is the MCID?

A

More disability
MCID 10.5

19
Q

ASES: higher score means??? MCID?

A

Higher function
6.4

20
Q

Spadi: higher score means???
MCID is?

A

More disability
MCID 8-13

21
Q

This level of irritability is 7/10 or greater night pain and AROM less than PROM

22
Q

This level of irritability is intermittent night pain, pain at end of active and passive ROM. Active and passive are about equal

A

Moderate irritability

23
Q

This level of irritability has no night pain, minimal pain with passive overpressure. Active and passive ROM are the same

A

Moderate irritability

24
Q

These modalities can be used with AC in mod to high irritability

A

E stim
Diathermy
US
Heat
Laser and extracorporal shock wave

25
You can start Neuro re Ed in what stage for scap numeral rhythm
Moderate irritability
26
This stage of interventions lose modalities and perform end range stretching with longer duration
Low irritability
