Aircraft Noise Complaints
A
Relay to the UOS.
May be told to contact PGAA for complaints regarding landing/departing aircraft, or Transport Canada for other.
UOS if caller requests contact number.

Procedures for Aircraft Arriving from Outside of Canada
A
A) Pilot phones CANPASS before departing from outside of Canada and provides a declaration and an ETA.
B) Upon landing, aircraft is directed to customs parking.
C) If the Customs Officer is not there o meet the aircraft, the pilot must report to CANPASS by phone. No other person(s) are to leave or approach the aircraft until the pilot returns.
