Set of criteria used to qualify the lead score. The criteria falls into 2 types: Profile & Engagement
What are Sales Tools?
- Easy to use sales productivity tools that accelerate the sales cycle by easily identifying opportunities. This involves aligning sales and marketing data between Eloqua and a CRM system, and this can automatically route leads to a campaign, and also gives a prioritized view of the hottest leads.
- (Profiler) Track activity which identifies prospects, tracking their online behaviors, and viewing their information across few different devices.
- (Engage) You can also Engage with prospects by connecting with them through personalized emails and templates.
What does AI feature’s STO rely on?
STO leverages historical open data from time of day to day of the week - to determine when is the best time to send.
Where does Eloqua capture fatigue analysis?
As part of the AI Add On, fatigue analysis comes with system field on the contact entity that leverages AI analysis that flags contacts with Inactive, Just Right, Saturated, Over Saturated values. Can be used for targeted segmentation, filtering and decision steps.
What is Subject Line Optimzation?
Similar to STO, this leverages AI to predict SLs that will be above or below average for a given Eloqua instance. Leverages machine learning against your site instance.
What are some benefits of Account Intelligence?
- Insights on trending content at the account level
- Analysis of breadth & depth of account engagement and their topics of interest
- Includes account performance dashboard KPIs - single view of an account’s marketing activities
- Dashboard includes: engagement score, engaged activities, engaged contacts, breakdown of top engage contacts by assets, top 10 assets, top 10 campaigns, engagement timeline
- Predict account propensity to buy and identify the stage of their journey
- Automate the calculation of which contacts to bring into your program
