the cashews have beeb simmered in cream & chicken stock for 8 hours & then blended smooth.
black garlic sauce - black garlic(species of garlic, sweet), brown sugar, chicken stock, chicken jus, sweet soy sauce, & sherry vinegar & blended smooth.
