- mild/moderate = PMI + spacer if x controlled within 10 PUFFS - medical attention
- severe/L-T = via o2 driven nebuliser

add nebulised ipratropium

IV magnesium sulfate

- all children tx hosp setting
- moderate + severe = immediate oxygen and trial SABA
- if needed nebulised ipratropium bromide
