What is Rigler sign?
A
When you can see both sides of the bowel wall
Means perforation as air is in the peritoneal cavity as well as the bowel lumen

What signs on abdo x-ray/CT would suggest bowel ischaemia/infarction?
A
Gas in bowel wall
Non-enhancing thrombus
Gas in portal vein (very severe)
