Who is pandora?
The first mortal women. She was beautiful and each goddess gave her a gift. Zeus sent pandora to Prometheus’ brother Epimetheus who was warned never to accept gifts from the gods. He took pandora as his bride. Pandora was curious and opened the jar, releasing sorrow and diseases and hard-labor. Only one thing remained and that was hope.

A Titan who gave mankind fire. Zeus was angry, since it was heavenly fire, and cursed him to hang off a mountain side and every day an eagle would come and peck out his liver and leave, and the liver grew back only to be pecked out again the next day.
