- She is sleepwalking and sees spots of blood on her hands. She’s all but admitting her guilt in the murders of Duncan, Banquo, and Macduff’s family during this time. Her guilt and remorse are driving her insane, and she kills herself soon after this.

- He says this after he learns that his wife is dead. Here, he is telling the audience that life is meaningless because we are just like actors on a stage / puppets.
