Start of act 1
The play begins with three weird sisters on a heath, discussing a plan to meet macbeth. A bleeding sergeant informs king duncan of Macbeths bravery on the battlefield
Middle of act 1
After hearing the betreyal of the the thane of Cawdor, Duncan has him executed and tells ross to give Macbeth his title(what he has lost, noble Macbeth doth won). Close to the battleground the sisters greet Macbeth and Banquo saying he will be thane of cawdor and later king
End of act 1
Shortly after meeting the weird sisters, the first part of the prophecy becomes true: macbeth is greeted by the kings men and is presented with the title, Thane of Cawdor. He is shocked and writes to his wife, after recieving the news and finding out Duncan is staying at their castle she plots to kill him but macbeth is hesitant. But in the end he is determined to go ahead
