- keratolytics
- antibiotics (start topical, oral if if doesn’t work) clindamycin 1%
- benzoyl peroxide/azelaic acid
- retinoids (start topical, oral if if doesn’t work)
- anti androgens (suppress sebum production)
- tetracycline
