CITIZENS ADVICE
A network of charities giving out free legal advice.
LAW CENTRES
A community based organisation giving free legal advice, to those who cant afford it.

PRIVATE OR LEGAL AID

An individual funds their own legal fees.
Inc. Conditional fee agreement &
Legal insurance
CONDITIONAL FEE AGREEMENT
The client only pays the fees if the case is successful.
If lost, clients don’t pay lawyers but other charges.
LEGAL INSURANCE
Insurance policies that cover legal costs.
Before the event and after the event insurance types.
LEGAL AID
Available for those who cannot afford legal representation or advice.
