Focuses on the rights of suspects and limiting powers of police, believe you are innocent until proven guilty and that their should be more legal processes in the way to protect people

Focuses of the victims and not the offenders (they deserve no rights), the police should have legal technicalties interferring with their jobs, convey belt of justice (quick and harsh to stop crime and maintain order), guilty until proven innocent
