  • CPS = prove evidence for the prosecution of offenders, charge offenders in line with CPS instructions
  • HM Prisons & Probation = arrest prisoners who have been recalled for breaching terms of license
  • Voluntary organisations = referring victims/witnesses of crime to Victim Support, women’s refuges etc.
