A

prisons - comminicate with each other for an offenders release or if they have breached their licence

police - police help manage laws such as Sarah’s law and arrest individual offenders who have breached license

courts - probation supervise offenders who have been given community service by the courts

court relationships

A

CPS - courts prepare a prosecution case after receiving evidence from the CPs who have accounted for if it is admissible or not

prisons - hold offenders attending court and arrange video links for appearances in court

judges - judges supervise the efficient running of the court room and that everything being said is in line

probation - supervise the community service order and if they breach their license probation will report this and the court will give them a longer sentence

courts - police to give evidence as prosecution witnesses or taking offenders to and from court

probation - police arrest people who have breached license or probation and put them back in prison

cps - police give evidence to cps to examine. they must make sure all evidence is correctly collected and they didnt do anything illegally which will come back on them in court

parl - police enforce the laws which are made in parliament

courts - judges supervise efficient running of the court and that everything is in line

police - arrest offenders and send them to prison by collecting evidence to convict

probation - communicate with prison for a release of if there has been a breach of license

courts - prisons hold offenders attending court and arrange video links and recordings for giving evidence in court
