A

After Sarah Payne was abducted and murdered while playing outside with her brother by a man on the sex offender register. When he was arrested it was found that he had a previous conviction of abduction and assault of a 9 year old in 1995. Sarahs parents said if they knew there was a registered sex offender in the area they wouldn’t of let their children play outside alone. Campaign was set up so other parents could find out if someone in their area is a sex offender.
