he witnessed domestic abuse at home, he and his siblings were placed in foster homes, he also went on to have Aspergers and be a paranoid schizophrenic, at 12 he was raped by a family friend and at school he was teased and had no friends. he had average intelligence, he bullied his brothers and confessed to his mum about raping a woman

what did Fred West do?
committed at least 12 murders of young females many with his wife Rose from 1967 to 87
the murders involved sexual gratification: rape, bondage and torture, there was dismemberments or bodies with some buried in their patio, this included their daughter heather whose head was severed and body chopped up
the pair was arrested and charged with murder, but Fred hung himself before trial
Rose was convicted of 10 counts in 1995 and was sentenced to a whole life tariff

there are rumours Fred was introduced to sex at a young age by his mother and allegedly engaged in acts of bestiality in his early teens
when he was 17 he had a motorcycle accident where he had to have a metal plate inserted which may have left him with an inability to control his impulses
