• Flown more than 20 hours or duty more than 29 in consecutive 72 hours, shall have rest period not less than 24 hours at end of duty

When for any reason flown more than 8 hours or duty more than 11 hours shall have an additional 1 hour rest per 15 minutes (or greater part of) that these restrictions are exceeded

If flown (outside of pilot control or special authorisation) more than 8.5 hours or duty more than 12 hours, they must have a rest period of not less than 24 hours

A rest period not less than twice the number of hours flown as an operating crew member since leaving home base. If the stay in area on the tour of duty has a time difference of more than 2 hours, the rest period shall not be less than 72 consecutive hours.
