What is your greatest weakness?

Answer 1

Keeping up with techology. We move to Google and I learn to use if well. Now over to Microsoft it seems more difficult to use, but time will tell

Other technology light Analytical test and Lightfastnes are constanly evolving so I sign up for webinars and have vendors come on site to show use the latest technology or on virtual meetings. We must keep up.

What decisions are the most hard for you?

I find large Capital Projects are the most difficult, because you can never ask enough questions, do enough trials, forsee all the installation issues. At the end of the day, The company supports Central Lab capital projects because we buy equipment to solve problems and proveds competitive advantages, and saves money on testing cost.

I graduated with Master of Science Degree in Textile Technology and Management,

My 36 year carrer sent me in two different carrer paths the first 18 years quality and manufacturing management roles culminating in Plant Manager of carpet, weaving and sample groups. I learned how to run a business / plan ahead / and develop teams. I am proficient in managing large budjets, selling capital projects, and motiviating individuals to be strong teams. For 18 years I have been training for this role by

being a leader in Trade Associations and Technical Societies, and Corperate teams

I have grown the role scope of Central Lab to be one of the most comprehensive labs known in our industry. we service the needs of Sustainability, Product Procurement, Legal, Technical Divisons, R&D, Innovations, marketing and sales.

I decribe myself as highly creative and intellectually enthusiastic.
