Permissive hypotension: SBP goal 70 - 90 mm Hg

Avoid crystalloid unless in profound shock

1:1 ratio of pRBC and FFP

Goal is 90 min for patient contact to OR

MONITOR: COMPLICATIONS
Rupture (MCC)
Occlusion of aorta
Thromboembolus to lower extremities
Aortoenteric fistula
Arteriovenous fistula
