Anterior Cruciate Ligament
A ligament in the center of the knee that prevents the shin bone (tibia) from moving forward on the thigh bone (femur).
DOMS
Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
Pain and stiffness felt in muscle after unaccustomed or strenuous exercise;
soreness is felt strongly 24-72 hours after the exercise.

Temporomandibular Joint
2 joints that connect your lower jaw to your skull;
joints that slide and rotate in front of each ear, mandible and temporal bone.

totality of movement a joint is capable of doing.
