MAN V/S CTL

Answer 1

• Toggle: Controls the position of the outflow valve position through the operation of the MAN motor (when the MODE SEL pushbutton is in the MAN position)
• UP: The valve moves toward the OPEN position
• DN: The valve moves toward the CLOSED position

MODE SEL pb

• AUTO: (extinguished) One of the two systems is controlling the outflow valve in the automatic mode
• FAULT: Illuminates amber with an ECAM caution only when BOTH CPCs are faulty
• MAN: (white) Manual control of the outflow valve through the use of the MAN V/S CTL is available

LDG ELEV selector

• AUTO: (detent) Pressurization system uses the FMGS data to construct an optimized pressurization schedule
• -2 to 14: The pressurization schedule does nor use the landing elevation from the FMGS, but instead uses the landing elevation selected with this selector. It is graduated in thousands of feet. To leave the the AUTO Detent position, pull and turn the selector The LDG ELEV selector scale is only given and a guide. Refer to the ECAM information for accurate adjustment
