Difficult urination or complete blockage of urine, dry throat, thirst, cough, SOB, dyspnea. Red tongue with thin yellow coating, rapid pulse.

Dribbling urination or retention of urine, distention and fullness in the hypochondrium and lower abdomen, restlessness, anger. Tongue could be totally normal, or may have some stagnation signs. Wiry Pulse.

Dribbling urination or complete blockage of urine. Distending pain in the lower abdomen, may have a traumatic injury or surgical operation on the lower abdomen. Dark purple tongue or purplish spots on the tongue. Pulse is thready and choppy.

Dribbling urination, dragging feeling in the lower abdomen, SOB, low voice, listlessness, fatigue, poor appetite, pale tongue, weak pulse.

Dribbling urination or retention or urine, weak stream. Pallor, listlessness, cold and weakness of the lumbar and knees. Pale tongue, deep and thready pulse which is weak at the chi position.
