Dx?
Yin Edema - Kidney Yang Xu
Wind Edema
POT?
Disperse wind to release the exterior, promote the lung’s function in regulating the water passage
Yang Edema - Damp
POT?
Resolve damp and strengthen the spleen to activate yang and promote urination.
Damp Heat Edema (Yang)
POT?
Drain damp heat to resolve edema
Toxic Edema - Yang
POT?
Disperse wind, clear toxic heat and eliminate damp by promoting urination.
Yin Edema - Spleen yang Xu
POT?
Warm and tonify the spleen yang to promote the transformation of water.
Kidney yang Xu type of Yin Edema
POT?
Warm and tonify the kidney yang to activate qi in the bladder and discharge the extra water in the body
