43
Q

Icing conditions?

A

Icing conditions exist when the SAT on the ground and for take-off is 10_C or below, or SAT in flight is 5C or below, and visible moisture in any form is present (such as clouds, fog with visibility of one mile or less, rain, snow, sleet, or ice crystals). Icing conditions are not considered to exist at temperatures of -40oC (-40oF) or below.
Icing conditions also exist when the SAT on the ground and for take -off is 10
C or below when operating on ramps, taxiways or runways where surface snow, ice, standing water, or slush may be ingested by the engines or freeze on engines, nacelles or engine sensor probes.

44
Q

When in icing in conditions what’s the engine bypass position and ignition switch setting and if ice detected what’s the airframe selector?

A

Bypass doors must be open, ignition to manual and airframe auto selector must be either fast or slow

45
Q

What altitude must auto pilot be disengaged for landing?

A

200ft agl

46
Q

APU min and max temps for operation

A
