Annex 7
from Paris convention 1919 all the a/c need to be registered and to carry a national and registration mark, an authority may temporanely exempt an A/c from registration or carry the mark
Differences
Annex 7 contain a list of contracting state that:
- notify to ICAO differences from them and national regul.
Marking
the nation and registration mark consist of grou of character
National mark
is to be notified by the State of Registry, to ICAO . May consist in letters multiple letters, combination and symb.
If the last national charact is the same of the first of registration mark it need a -
Registration Mark
consist in letter number or combination and it is assigned from the State of Registry or the common markl registering authortiy.
Common mark
common mark can replace a national mark if the aircraft is owned by an operator that is registred in more country. Common mark is assigned by the ITU and ICAO specify a state to exercise the responsability of state of registry.
Exclusion
Certain combination ar enot permitted:
- SOS
- PAN
- XXX
- TTT
- Q code
- 5 letters of combination fo Code of signal
Certification of registration
The certicate of registration is a document certifying that the Sor has registered the a/c. It contains:
- National and Common mark
- Registration Mark
- Manufacter designation of A/c
- S/n of A/c
- Name and address of the owner
- A certifcate that ir has been entered in the register state
- dated signature of registering offer
Location
painted or fix by other mean(not erasable) kept clean and visible
lower surface f the wing, fuselage btn wings and tail or upper half of the vertical tail surface
size
wings 50 cm
fuselage 30 cm
