What is this?
Where a punch is not just a highly skilled and natural (stage 3 fluidity), but it is entirely my own. My own unique expression, through the punch.
Through emptiness or the living void, what springs forth?
Hint:
emptiness = Stg 3.
Jeet Kune Do = Stg 4.
All our personal expression springs forth from the living void.
We are the secret ingredient that makes the void live through us. We are the unique and alive expression of God (the space which holds everything)
Don’t put all my focus and energy into my career so that one day I’ll be content and happy, instead…
Work on being content and happy now and bring that into my career and the rest of my life.
What should I be if others are doubting my role and abilities?
Don’t worry myself with it. Know that I have the goods even if others weren’t sure.
Be ready to make the absolute most of the opportunity given, and show the world the possibilities that I bring.
🎁 Be me
When I look around, I always learn something and that is to be always yourself, and to express yourself, to have faith in yourself. Do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it. Start from the very root of your being, which is ‘how can I be me?’
What is true freedom?
Being wholly ourself - not being under the control or power of anyone else mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, but rather personally permitted to act on behalf of ourself.
Where is the hurricane most calm? At is centre.
Real stillness is stillness in movement.
How is this achieved?
When we know and accept ourselves. Having that certain peace and Unfuckwithability.
We then are able to act and encounter the unknowns of life from this place of absoluteness, from the vast quiet and infinity of space.
Why is spontaneity held sacred in being water?
It reflects a state where inspiration is mixed with instinct and the confidence to execute this immediate calling in the moment of its occurrence.
What is the secret to nirvana?
The act being so direct and immediate that no intellection finds room to insert itself and cut it into pieces.
All the doubt, second guessing, worry, analysis, judging, neediness, mask wearing, and perfectionism that takes so much of our energy doesn’t exist here.
Everything is immediate in this active emptiness.

When man comes to a conscious realisation of those great spiritual forces within himself and begins to use those forces in life, his progress in the future will be unparalleled.
To raise our potential is to live every second refreshed. Trust the life-giving force within.
