Bering Straight

It included the Mohawk, Cayuga, Oneida, Onandoga, Seneca, Shinecock, Tuscarora, and Saga tribes
Why was the Iroquois Confederacy developed?
To live in peace with one another and to become stronger against new threats
Why were Native Americans so diverse?
Because of the different land regions they lived in, their cultures and traditions developed differently.
How were the Buffalo used?
The Native Americans used as much of the buffalo as they possibly could –except the heart which they buried in the ground– the meta was used for food, the fur was used for clothing, and the bones were used for tools.
