Parathyroid: hyperplasia and adenomas
Pituitary: prolactinoma and somatotropin secreting tumors (GH tumor; second most common pit tumor after prolactinoma)
Pancreas: insulinoma, microadenomas, gastrinomas

Caused by germline mutations in MEN I gene that codes for menin

Hypoglycemia, peptic ulcers, nephrolithiasis (inc. calcium)
