What is the difference between a static and dynamic routing rule?
Patient contacts are evaluated against a static rule only once. The contact continues to be evaluated with a dynamic rule.

False. Routing rules narrow the list of patients considered for the workqueue, error and warning rules identify patients that should appear in the workqueue.
What is a parent/child workqueue?
One main workqueue with individual child workqueue under it. Encounters in the parent workqueue are evenly distributed to child workqueues.
What is a workqueue rule?
It defines which encounters are eligible for the workqueue and how they’re processed.
What is a Property?
Information in each master file that relates to patient information.
What is an Operator?
