describe conflict b/t 2 people’s opinions, actions, characters
it was a bad idea to team them up together because a major dissonance quickly appears.

move apart, in different directions
the team quickly dissolves because of the member’s believes diverge.

official belief/tenet of a group
dolorous
showing sorrow
the minor keys often convey dolorous sentiments.
