Fever, dysuria, frequency, urgency, painful urination
How does an upper UTI present?
Fever, loin pain, dysuria, frequency

Dipstick test Urine culture (complicated)
What does a dipstick test for in UTIs?
Leucocyte esterase
Nitrate
Haematouria
Proteinuria
If infected with a UTI, how will the urine look?
Cloudy
What antibiotic is used to treat uncomplicated UTIs?
Trimethoprim or Nitrofurantoin
