What are the 7 Themes
Business Case, Organization, Quality, Plans, Risk, Change, Progress
Covers the work to be done by a team. Can have multiple work packages.
Team Plan
Facilitates communication and control by defining the means of delivering the products
Plans
Updated at the end of each stage to reflect actual progress and revised forecasts. Used by the Project Board.
Project Plan
Define how, when, for how much, by whom, and where the project will deliver its product
Plans
Used for day-to-day management of the project. Used by the Project Manager.
Stage Plan
New plan created to replace a Stage Plan or Project Plan to overcome an issue
Exception Plan
To identify, assess, and control uncertainty and improve the ability of the project to be successful
Risk
An uncertain event which will have an effect on the project’s objectives

Risk realized with positive impact
Opportunity
Money that is used to fund any risk responses
