A
Bradykinesia
Resting (pill-rolling) tremor
Hypertonia (cog-wheel rigidity)
Impaired balance / coordination
Festinant gait

What causes it?

A

Dopaminergic motor neurons become impaired / die so less dopamine is produced
Many secondary causes eg Drug-induced (antipsychotics), vascular Parkinsonism, Wilson’s disease, neurosyphilis
