Each end of the pipe and near any valves, regulators or filters.
On a flared connection what does the floating sleeve do?
Adds strength and support, and stops vibration concentrating at the flare.

What two types of flare are there?
Single and double
What type of pipe is needed to be able to double flare?
Soft ally tubing with outside diameter of 3/8 or smaller.
What types of flared fitting specification are there?
AN and AC
What is the difference between an AC and AN flared fitting?
AN has a shoulder between the threads and flare cone.
