  • Nausea and vomiting → small and frequent meals, antiemetics as needed.
  • GERD → avoid lying down after meals, antacids as needed.
  • Constipation → adequate fluid intake, stool softeners, laxatives if severe.
  • Hemorrhoids → rest with elevation of the legs, avoid constipation.
  • Leg cramps → stretching, physical activity, vitamin D supplements.
  • Back pain → avoid heavy lifting, adjust physical activity, special pillows.
