  • Reported = over 7-day worker incapacitation of worker – must be reported within 15-days.
  • Non-fatal accidents to non-workers taken to hospital following injury.
  • Dangerous occurrences – 27 near-miss events i.e. scaffold collapse, explosion, fire etc.
  • Gas incidents – died, lost consciousness or taken to hospital.
  • Occupational disease i.e. carpal tunnel syndrome, cancer, asthma etc.

  • Asbestos can be – treated, repaired or removed.
