- Biological only if there are other conditions co-morbid
- Psychological therapies:

- Recurrent binge episodes (loss of control, shamed hiding)
- Inappropriate compensatory behaviour

- Vomiting

- Laxatives
- Thyroxine
- Diuretics

- Depression (over 50%)

- Hypokalaemia (v. important as they vom a lot)
- Mallord-Weiss tears (after vomming)
- Dental erosion
- Parotid enlargement
- Calluses on the back of hand (Russel’s sign)
