Irimi Tenkan Ikkyo Undo
Raising sword, step turn slide, cutting down
Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Undo
Raising sword to match sword and opposite hand to elbow
Ai Hanmi Katate Tori - Shihonage Omote
Opposite side hand grab. Remaining hand grab. Step in front of uke then turn still holding with both hands. Cut down.
Ai Hanmi Katate Tori - Shihonage Ura
Opposite side hand grab. Remaining hand grabs uke’s hand, holding like a sword. Step behind uke, turn to face same direction. Turn and cut down.

Ai Hanmi Katate Tori - Irimi Nage
Opposite hand grab. Full hand grab release. Step behind and face the same as uke. Lean off balance and to side. As uke rises, cut down with hand that was originally grabbed.
Shomen Uchi - Ikkyo Omote
Sword to sword and same side elbow catch with a simultaneous step to sword side off of the line. Turn to sword side and bring down to pin.
Shomen Uchi - Ikkyo Ura
Sword to sword and same side elbow catch with a simultaneous step behind uke. Step turn slide (spiral) and bring down to pin.
Shomen Uchi - Irimi Nage
Raise sword and step shoulder to shoulder behind uke. Step completely behind, facing same way as uke. Bring off balance to original sword side and cut down. No moving feet once behind
Katate Tori - Tenshi Nage Omote
Same side grab. Step off the line towards grabbed hand. Bring grabbed hand down and use other hand to lift and bring down across gi line.
Katate Tori - Tenshi Nage Ura
Same side grab. Step off the line towards grabbed hand but behind uke. Face same direction as uke. When uke turns to face you, step forward and bring grabbed hand down and use other hand to lift and bring down across gi line.
Katate Tori - Kokyu Nage
Same side grab. Step behind uke on same side as grab. Turn to face same direction and guide uke forward to roll.
Suwari Waza - Ryote Tori
From knees. Two handed grip. Read book. Show book to uke. Turn to one side for “pin”. Sit all the way down not on toes. Hold space with hands.
