Clip all hair, fill syringe w 10 mL dilute antiseptic solution, insert syringe tip into prepuce and pinch off the prepuce around it, inject 5cc, withdraw while still pinching, massage solution, wow to slow out onto towel
For prepping an area, two sets of gauze pads soaked in two diff solutions should be used:
Antiseptic scrub diluted 50-50 w tap water
And
A rinsing agent (water, saline solution, 70% alcohol)
