What is the center of mass?
A
Point at which all of its mass can be considered to act.

How do you find center of mass of a card?
A
- Hang card and suspend plumb line from same place
- Mark position of thread
- Repeat above step with card suspended from different places
- Where these lines intersect is the center of mass

What happens if the center of mass is below the point of suspension?
A
The object is in equilibrium and is stable

A
The object is unstable and may fall over.
