Q
VALUATION
A
- determine what values will emerge from continual use of specific technology
- Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of that technology from a Christian perspective
- Telling which values derived from the technology conflict with God’s values
- Determining what aspects of the technology we would be tempted to use in ways that do not honour God
- Helping our teens by the decisions we make with technology

LIMITATION
A
- Once the patterns of usage with technology are understood, the next step is to see what happens when we put boundaries on it
- Goes against ones desires
- A technology fast can help these desires (weaken their control)
- More opportunity for us to live life Christ has called us to rather than limited technology
- Allows teens to have opportunities to practice the Christian values that Christ calls us to; bible reading, prayer and reflection

TOGETHERNESS

- Helpful way to teach your teens about the importance of the community over the individual/Christianity is a religion of community not individuality
