Signs and symptoms of dehydration from moderate to severe
Increased thrist
Dry mouth, swollen tounge
Weakness
Dizziness
Palpitation
Confusion
Slowness
Fainting
Incapability to sweat
Decreased urine exertion
Steps to prevent overexertion
Know your limits
Stretch and warm up before heavy lifting
Lift properly
Set obtainable goals
Proper nutrition, listen to your body
can lead to heatstroke
heat exhaustion
can lead to serious complications especially in young children and people over 65 years of age
heat stroke
